1. No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final once your order has been confirmed.

2. Return Policy
We strive to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged item, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return: The product must be reported as damaged within 1 to 3 days from the date of receiving your order from Wakilni.
  • Condition for Return: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.

3. Return Approval
Once we review your request and if it meets our criteria, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please note that returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

4. Non-Eligible Items
Items that are not reported as damaged within the 1 to 3-day window or that do not meet the return conditions will not be eligible for a return.
